Today’s a big day for Fig, our Docker-based development environment tool: we’re releasing version 1.0. It’s the first and last major version increment, as we’re already hard at work building the functionality Fig provides into Docker itself. There’s an absolute ton of improvements in this one, but the most wonderful is that Fig now works out-of-the-box with boot2docker on OS X, because volumes on the host now work the way you expect them to (for more on how that works, see the Docker 1.3 announcement).
