We’re excited to announce four new Official Repos that we added to Docker Hub in August and September. These repos are the newest additions to a growing library of curated content maintained by Docker and our partners.
Docker users have pulled Official Repos nearly 130 million times for use in both development and production contexts – a 63% increase since late July!
Gazebo offers the ability to accurately and efficiently simulate populations of robots in complex indoor and outdoor environments. The Gazebo simulator includes a robust physics engine, high-quality graphics, and convenient programmatic and graphical interfaces. Best of all, Gazebo is free and supported by a vibrant community.
Joomla is a free and open-source content management system (CMS) for publishing web content. It is written in PHP, uses object-oriented programming (OOP) techniques and software design patterns, stores data in a MySQL, MS SQL, or PostgreSQL database, and includes features such as page caching, RSS feeds, printable versions of pages, news flashes, blogs, search, and support for language internationalization.
Redmine is a free, open-source, web-based project-management and issue-tracking tool. It features per-project wikis and forums, time tracking, and flexible, role-based access control. Redmine also includes a calendar and Gantt charts to aid visual representation of projects and their deadlines.
Docker users have pulled Official Repos over 130 million times for use in their development projects. We’re excited to add Gazebo, Rocket Chat, Joomla, and Redmine to the Official Repos library!
